August is National Peach Month and all over the east coast they are available locally, perfectly ripe and in season. This is one of my favorite recipes for using fresh peaches and nectarines. They are also amazing grilled served with a scoop of Greek yogurt, fresh ricotta or mascarpone, drizzled with a little honey and topped with toasted almonds.
