The ovens are both self-cleaning and contain full extension racks. The oven doors have a spring and damper door hinge system that help them close smoothly. This unit also features Wolf’s dual VertiCross convection system which contains two corner column fans for the best heat distribution. The ten cooking modes that it has are convection, roast, bake, broil, convection roast, stone, gourmet, warm, proof, and dehydrate. The gourmet cooking mode is one of the most convenient modes because it contains a menu of almost 50 presets to basically do all of the work for you. It tells you the best rack position, puts it on the correct setting, and adjusts the temperature automatically based on the specific meal that you are cooking. There is a temperature probe setting as well, and this setting requires you to set the temperature that you want, and then it notifies you when the internal temperature is correct. The DO30PM/S/PH does all of the hard work for you and eliminates the need for you to be checking if your meal is done. Wolf products are made to last at least 20 years, so you can be confident that this oven will perform perfectly, and you will not have to buy another oven for a very long time.
